Find Documents in Context
Documents are linked to suppliers, raw materials, products, projects or purchasing campaigns. Whether users search via raw material or supplier, the document is always just one click away.
Documents can optionally follow an approval workflow and be managed with versions. Predecessor and successor relationships can be mapped explicitly.
Only Office Integration
A fully integrated Only Office server is available for editing PDFs and Office documents, without a cloud connection and directly in the browser.
Access to a document can be controlled via roles and permissions. When changes are made, a new version is created automatically.
