A task, a document, a lead, a project – all these data objects can have different approval states. State machines map these states as a graph.
Configurable States
For each individual node type in the data schema, any states and their dependencies can be defined. These state machines are also mapped as a graph.
Multilingual Labels
Linked labels with multilingual terms make states "multi-language capable". Assigning a color to a state allows use in tables and overviews.
User Approvals
State changes occur either through conscious user approvals via an "approve" button or automatically via the functionality of the configured workflow.
Automatic Workflows
State machines can run fully automatically – event-driven, rule-based and without manual intervention. This relieves teams and minimizes errors.
